Welcome to Amora (“Site”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://amora.com.cy and any related services. By using our Site you accept these Terms in full; if you disagree with any part, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

“Consumer” – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
“Business Customer” – any user purchasing on behalf of a legal entity.
“Working Day” – Monday–Friday excluding public holidays in Cyprus.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these criteria.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability without notice. Obvious pricing errors will be rectified, and we are not obliged to honour them.

4. Orders

4.1 Order Process

Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
Confirm billing/shipping details, choose payment method, and review order.
Click “Place Order”—this is your offer to buy.
We send an automated Order Confirmation email. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and issue a Dispatch Email.

4.2 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, unavailability of products, pricing errors, or incomplete/incorrect customer information. If we cancel an order, any payment already made will be refunded in full using the original payment method. Where possible, we will notify you promptly of the cancellation and the reason.

5. Payment

We accept:

Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
Cash on delivery (Cyprus only)

All transactions are processed via encrypted SSL connections. Card data is handled by certified payment processors; we do not store full card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Cyprus only:
Delivery in 1–2 working days via ACS Courier.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next business day.

Free shipping on orders
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays.
The courier may contact you by phone for delivery clarification.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

7.1 EU Consumer 14-Day Right

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Inform us via email at [email protected] and return the items within another 14 days. We will refund the full purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

7.2 Return Conditions

Products must be unused, sealed and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

8. Warranty & Faulty Goods

Under EU law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract. Notify us of any defects within 2 months of discovery. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

9. Promotions & Coupons

Discount codes cannot be combined.
Coupons are valid only during the stated period.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend promotions at any time.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the property of Amora Trading Ltd. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written permission.

12. Data Protection & Cookies

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We comply with GDPR and Cyprus Data Protection Law.

13. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content or policies of external websites linked from our Site.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law. Disputes may be submitted to Cyprus courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the ODR platform.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms by updating this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
